PRESCRIPTION cares about your privacy. Therefore, we only process data that we need to perform (and improve) our services and treat the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care.
We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website, software and the services of PRESCRIPTION that are accessed on it. The effective date for the validity of these terms and conditions is 25/05/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what information about you is collected by us, what this information is used for, and with whom and under what conditions this information may be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data from misuse and what rights you have with respect to the personal data you provide to us. Categories of personal data
By using the website, our booking system and our app and the services available thereon, you leave certain data with us. This also happens to us as part of the execution of the treatment agreement. Webshop software Shopify
Our online store is developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obliged, based on the agreement we have made with them, to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption, a strong password policy and secure data storage. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group and affiliated partners to further improve its services. Shopify takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data.
Webhosting
Our webshop is developed with software from Shopify we have chosen for our webhosting for another party.
Personal data that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Our webhosting party has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Our webhosting uses the legal standards for making appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.
Email and mailing lists
Our website uses an external party to handle e-mail traffic originating from
our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms will be sent through the servers of this provider. The implementation and management will be done by our own staff. Your name and email address will
never be used for our own purposes.
At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive email from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website!

When you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use services such as PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL. PostNL will only use this data for the performance of the agreement. If PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
External sales channels
We sell (some of) our products through the jc imp platform. If you place an order via this platform, jc imp shares your order and personal data with us. We use this data to process your order. We will handle your data confidentially.
Purpose of data processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use these data - other than at your request - to contact you at a later date, we will ask you for your explicit permission. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to secrecy by virtue of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation. Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. These data (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) are not personal data.
Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations

You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address we have on record that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
